Our Services
“The work itself is manual. Supplier conversations, factory follow-ups, sample reviews, quality decisions, problem-solving when something goes off-script — these are done by someone who knows your order, your supplier, and your buyer. We also use AI tools where they help — drafting documentation, organizing reports, structuring data — because better tools make better work. But the decisions, the judgment calls, and the calls to the supplier stay with people. When the factory floor doesn’t match the spreadsheet, someone picks up the phone.”
For Whom
International Buyers
Sourcing from anywhere — China, Europe, or wherever the product fits best. We help manufacturers, distributors, and retailers find the right supplier and run the process end-to-end, instead of flying in twice a year to check on it themselves. We've run sourcing and customs operations across 30+ countries. Our deepest expertise is in Turkey, where we're physically located — site visits, supplier meetings, and factory inspections happen quickly and easily, at the level only operating from inside can give you.
Turkish Importers
Importing complex or hard-to-clear goods — from China, Europe, or anywhere else. Including red-line, sample-heavy, and micro-import projects.
Pricing structured around a small commission or a low pre-agreed fee per project, so the engagement stays light and the cost reflects the scope.
-
Single-product engagements when you need a specific item sourced and delivered, not a full supply chain managed. Particularly suited to:
Challenging or hard-to-find products
Low-volume or one-off orders
High-volume orders requiring serious supplier capacity
Products that need multiple manufacturers running in parallel to meet a single specification
-
For products you already sell where you want to reduce sourcing risk or improve margin without compromising quality. We identify alternative manufacturers — in Turkey, China, Europe, or elsewhere — that can produce the same item at a different price point or from a different geography, while holding the original quality standard.
Typical reasons clients engage us for this:
Reducing dependency on a single supplier or single country
Bringing input cost down without dropping product quality
Opening a second source as a hedge against geopolitical, logistics, or production risk
Qualifying a new supplier before fully migrating production
Includes supplier identification, sample qualification, quality benchmarking against the existing product, and a clear comparison report before any commercial commitment.
-
01 — Sourcing & supplier validation
Identifying the right manufacturer or supplier for what you need to buy. We screen capability, capacity, certifications, and reliability — not just price. Includes factory shortlisting, supplier outreach, capability audits, and reference checks.
02 — Sample management
Running the sample cycle until you approve a final version. Spec translation, sample requests, technical feedback to the manufacturer, iteration management, and final sign-off documentation.
03 — Production oversight
Monitoring production against your timeline and specs. Weekly status, in-process inspections, deviation escalation, and timeline recovery when things slip. This is where most cross-border projects fail without supervision.
04 — Quality control
Pre-shipment inspections at the factory before goods leave. Defect documentation, accept/reject calls, rework coordination. We work with third-party inspection firms when required by your buyer.
05 — Logistics coordination
Booking and managing the freight — road, sea, or air — through the carrier that fits your timeline and budget. We don't own trucks or ships; we negotiate and supervise the parties that do. Includes documentation, tracking, and exception management.
06 — Customs & documentation
Coordinating customs clearance on both export and import sides. HS code review, document preparation, broker coordination, and resolution of any classification or compliance issues. Especially relevant for complex, sample-heavy, or restricted-category goods.
07 — Export structuring (Turkey-specific)
For Turkish suppliers exporting through SPMex: we structure the transaction as direct export, registered export ("ihraç kayıtlı"), or service export depending on what fits your tax and cash-flow position.
08 — Post-delivery loop
Delivery confirmation, claim handling if needed, supplier performance reporting, and next-cycle planning. The engagement doesn't end when the truck arrives.
09 — Operational bridging & process advisory
For companies setting up or scaling operations in Turkey: we act as the bridge between your team and Turkish suppliers, customs brokers, freight partners, and (where relevant) the institutional process side — including R&D project process management and operational structuring for new initiatives.
