How an SPMex engagement actually runs;
From the first conversation to the post-delivery report, here's what the working relationship looks like on a typical project.
PHASE 01 — DISCOVERY (Week 1)
A 30-minute call. You walk us through what you need to move, into or out of which market, on what timeline. We ask the questions that surface real constraints — volume realism, cost ceilings, certification requirements, target buyer expectations. By the end of the call, both sides know whether SPMex is the right fit.
Deliverable:
A short written brief confirming scope, modules, timeline, and commercial structure.
PHASE 02 — SETUP (Weeks 1–3)
For sourcing engagements: supplier shortlisting, outreach, sample requests, capability assessment. For buy-side engagements: supplier audit, spec alignment, order structuring. For logistics-only engagements: route design, carrier selection, customs prep.
You receive a weekly written update — not a status meeting unless you want one. The updates contain decisions to make, not just activity logs.
Deliverable:
Validated suppliers (or validated process), approved samples, signed-off specs, agreed timeline.
PHASE 03 — EXECUTION
Production starts. From this point on, SPMex is in contact with the supplier, the freight forwarder, the customs broker, and any inspection partners. You see consolidated weekly reports unless something requires your attention sooner.
We escalate three categories of issues immediately, by phone or whichever channel you prefer:
A timeline slip of more than 5 days
A quality finding that affects acceptance
Any documentation or compliance issue that could delay clearance
Deliverable:
Goods produced, inspected, shipped, cleared, and delivered to the agreed point.
PHASE 04 — CLOSE & LOOP
After delivery, we send a closing report: what was delivered, against what timeline, with what variance from the original brief. If there are issues, we run the claim or rework process. If everything went well, we use the report as the baseline for the next cycle.
Deliverable:
Closing report, supplier scorecard, recommendations for the next engagement.
HOW YOU EXPERIENCE IT
One contact. Deniz, directly. No account manager handoff, no support ticket queue.
Written record. Every meaningful decision and issue is documented. You're never piecing the story together from WhatsApp messages.
Honest calls. If something is going to slip, you hear it from us before you hear it from the supplier. If we think a project isn't worth doing, we'll tell you.
